A welcome reception is organized in the evening of Tuesday (August 20, 19:00) at the Arcaded Courtyard (Arkadenhof) of the main building of the University of Vienna (Universitätsring 1). An informal celebration party “10-years of BRITE-Constellation” is organised on Wednesday (August 21, 19:00) at the “Almhaus”, close to the lecture hall.

A group photo-session will be organised during the morning coffee-break on Wednesday (August 21, 10:30). The photo(s) will be available on the website after the conference.

After the conference on Thursday (19:00) and on Friday (15:00), excursions are offered to the observatory of the University of Vienna (Department of Astrophysics), the Kuffner Observatory, and to astronomical highlights in downtown Vienna.
